FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have registered a user profile but the link to "My Training” is empty, you have not completed your purchase. Click on the "E-Commerce Catalog" to complete your purchase.

If you 
forgot your Password use the "Forgot your password" link on the login page to reset your password. The system will prompt you to enter your User ID and Email address and once confirmed, a password reset link will be sent to your email.  

If you 
forgot your Password and User ID to access the HRwrx site, check your email for a message called "New User account for HRwrx" which is automatically sent to you when you register to the HRwrx site. This message includes the name and email you used to register which you can use for the "Forgot your username or password" link on the login page to have the system send you a password reset link. 

If you 
forgot your Password and User ID to access new HRwrx site and you have deleted the "New User account for HRwrx" message sent to your email and can't remember the name and email you used to register, you can contact hrwrx@hrpa.ca
